I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, supervision, and professionalism during her visit. When I arrived that morning, it was my first time there, and I expected some type of rundown of the process: what to expect, how the day would go, what the evaluation involved, etc. Instead, the check-in felt chaotic, and I felt like I was clawing for answers just to get basic information. The employee did very little to explain the process or make me feel informed about what would be happening with my dog that day. When I returned to pick up my dog, a different employee was working. I asked basic questions about her day: Did she eat? When was the last time she went potty? How did she do during her evaluation? She couldn’t answer any of them. She explained that she was a trainee, her trainer had called out sick, and she had been left alone to run the afternoon shift. That was probably the most concerning part of the experience. I don’t blame the trainee for not knowing the answers she was put in a position she shouldn’t have been in. My concern is with management. Why was a trainee left alone to run an entire afternoon shift with no experienced employee or manager present? I also paid an additional $20 for a mandatory evaluation, yet no one could tell me what was done during the evaluation or what the results were. I understand that employees change shifts, but there should be communication or documentation between shifts. I shouldn’t pick up my dog and have no one there who can tell me whether she ate, when she last went potty, what she did throughout the day, or how she performed during an evaluation. Lastly, I was confused by the common play area. I expected there to be toys or some type of enrichment available, but instead the dogs appeared to just be sitting together in an empty room. Overall experience left me concerned. I don’t feel confident bringing my dog back.

I boarded my dog, Xena, here for 31 days and paid nearly $3,000. When I picked her up, I discovered a fresh wound on the side of her neck that was not there when I dropped her off. This is the second time she’s come home injured from this facility. The first time, the injury was brushed off. This time, the wound is much more serious, and I only noticed it after getting her home. I immediately contacted the facility. They told me they would issue a refund, but since then they have stopped answering my calls and messages. I still have not received my refund or any meaningful explanation. I trusted them to care for my dog while I was out of the country, and this has been extremely disappointing. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend inspecting your pet carefully before leaving the facility and documenting their condition immediately. I’m posting a photo so others can see the condition my dog was returned in. I hope the business takes responsibility, communicates with me, and follows through on the refund they promised.

Dogs R Dogs takes such good care of my current dog and my previous one! My dog goes to daycare and boards frequently. She always has a great time, and they always make sure to give her individual attention since she is a people person. The staff is always so friendly and vigilant. My dog has a few health problems, and they always take such good care of her which makes traveling for work so much easier. Overall, we love the team, and my dog loves going everyday!

My dogs love it! They can't wait to go and love the staff. Stephanie grooms them while they're there too, so it's nice to pick them up looking and smelling good when it's time, too.

I have been taking Duke, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, to Dogs R Dogs for almost two years, and it has been a consistently positive experience. Duke is a shy yet playful pup, and he is always genuinely excited when we arrive for daycare; that alone says a lot about how comfortable he feels there. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly love dogs. It shows in the way they interact with Duke and how relaxed he is around them. I have boarded Duke there several times, and each time he has been well cared for. The staff are communicative and helpful throughout the process. A special shoutout to Rhiannon; Duke always runs excitedly when he sees her. The facility is also very clean and well organized. I appreciate that they separate big dogs from small dogs, which makes it feel safer and more appropriate for smaller breeds like Duke. They also have a nice outdoor area where the dogs can play and get fresh air. Duke is also groomed there regularly by Stephanie, and she does a wonderful job. Overall, Dogs R Dogs has been a reliable and caring place for daycare, boarding, and grooming, and I truly appreciate the attention they give to the dogs, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Penny loves going either for doggy daycare or overnight boarding! She enjoys seeing her dog friends and is always eager to see the people too! We are grateful for the staff accommodating our last minute needs and am grateful that Penny has safe place to go for some mental and physical stimulation! We do wish we would get a heads up for price increases and wish it didn’t have to increase but with the cost of living going up it’s understandable! Overall, definitely recommend this place!

We board our toy poodle Coco when we have a lot of errands to run on the weekends. It warms my heart that the staff members give her so much love! She gets the positive mental stimulation and affection she needs when she’s there.

The first step is a intake evaluation — we call it a meet and greet. We spend time getting to know your dog’s personality, energy level, and how they interact with other dogs so we can place them in the right playgroup from day one.
